102- Gone Fishin'

Gone Fishin' (Studio 102) is a first floor unit that offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. A comfortable queen bed and a reclining loveseat creates a nice homey feel. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, basic utensils and dishes. All our studios have Wi-fi, Roku TV, A/C andheating, a hair dryer and an iron.

This is a dog-friendly room. Approved pets are to be added in the add-on section when you are making your reservation. Our Pet Cleaning Fee is $45.00 for a maximum of two dogs per stay. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture or in beds.

Any guest who brings a pet without adding it in the reservation will automatically be charged $75.00. Pets are not to be left in the room unattended at any time. Excessive pet hair found on linens or furniture will result in an additional $50.00 Deep Cleaning Fee. (We expect pet hair, but if the bed is covered in hair, you will be charged.) Any damages caused by unattended pets or negligence will result in additional charges.

**Please also note there is no lobby or housekeeping. You will utilize a self-check-in process. Our onsite manager is available as needed.

The yard offers three charcoal grills, one propane grill (propane is provided), wood pellet fire pits, and plenty of fresh mountain air. We have a mini golf course, corn hole and lots of trees to hang a hammock from. Load up your ice chest and snacks and come enjoy one of our awesome sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Feel like venturing out? You will love our convenient location to plenty of great local dining options and three awesome coffee shops, all within walking distance. The outdoor adventures await with over 40 lakes, hiking trails, creeks, and off-roading trails available to explore in the White Mountains.
